Paneer is very popular in Indian households. Everyone makes and eats paneer dishes at home once or twice a week. As we all know paneer is delicious in taste, and also very beneficial for health. However, paneer is used by some women only for cooking.
Sometimes it takes more time to make paneer bhaji. But today we bring you a breakfast made from paneer, which tastes exactly like KFC’s chicken. Yes, we are talking about paneer papadi.. it is a delicious breakfast, which can be prepared in no time.
Material
Paneer – 400 grams
– Papad- 8
– Flour – half a cup
– Gram flour – 1 bowl
– To taste – salt
– Red chilli – 1 tsp
– Baking soda – a pinch
– Chilli Flakes – Half tsp
– Garlic paste – 1 tsp
– Water – 1 cup
– Oil
How to make paneer papadi
– First of all, cut the cheese into long and thin slices. On the other hand, fry the papad lightly on gas and break it finely and keep it in a plate.
– Then mix gram flour, flour, salt, chili powder, baking soda, garlic paste and water in a bowl.
– Heat oil in a pan. When the oil starts heating, dip the paneer pieces in the batter and add them to the papadi and mix well.
– By doing this all the papads will stick to the paneer, then fry all the paneer one by one.
– After paneer is fried, take it out in a plate, add chaat masala and lemon and serve it with hot chutney.
