ED quizzes Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for 3rd consecutive day in National Herald money laundering case

The Enforcement Directorate is questioning Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on the third consecutive day today in connection with the money laundering probe into the National Herald case.

The agency had questioned Mr Gandhi for about 10 hours yesterday. Mr Gandhi’s statement was recorded in multiple sessions under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Top party leaders and workers have been demonstrating in the national capital since Monday.

Hundreds of Congress leaders and supporters were detained outside the party headquarters at 24, Akbar Road and around central Delhi as they tried to hold a protest against the ED action.
