The Election Commission today announced by-polls for two seats of Rajya Sabha, one seat each in West Bengal and Kerala. The notification for the bye-polls will be issued on 9th November and polling will be held on 29th of next month. The seats are vacant, due to resignation of Arpita Ghosh of TMC and Jose K. Mani of Kerala Congress (M).
