CBSE to conduct second term board examination for classes 10 and 12 in offline mode from April 26

AIRThe Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Term-II Board examinations for Class 10th and 12th from 26th of April, 2022. In a notification, CBSE said that after holding discussion with various stakeholders and taking into consideration the Covid-19 pandemic situation in the country, it has decided to conduct the Term-II Examinations for session 2021-22 in offline mode.

It said that Term-II Theory examinations will commence from 26th of April and the pattern of the question papers will be the same as that of sample question papers hosted on the Board’s Website. The students will appear at the examinations from the allotted examination centres.The Board further informed that the Date Sheet for Class 10th and 12th will be released soon and will be available on its website.

Earlier, in July 2021, the CBSE had decided to conduct the Board examinations in two terms- Term I and Term II due to the uncertainty arising out of the Covid-19 pandemic. The Term- I examinations have already been conducted by the Board recently.
