Australia will take on Sri Lanka in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 at Perth today. The match will start at 4:30 PM Indian time. Both teams are a part of Group 1 in the Super 12 stage. This will be the fourth game from the Group 1 of the Super 12 stage. Australia lost their first game of the tournament to New Zealand while Sri Lanka beat Ireland by 9 wickets in their opening game of the tournament.
Sri Lanka is currently positioned second on the Group 1 point table whereas the hosts are placed last on the table. Yesterday, Bangladesh defeated the Netherlands by 9 runs at Blundstone Arena Stadium, Australia and the match between South Africa and Zimbabwe was washed out at the same venue.
