Budget session of Kerala Assembly begins today with Governor Arif Mohammed Khan’s address. Discussion on the motion of thanks on Governor’s address will be taken up in the first phase of sitting that lasts upto 24th of this month. Kerala Finance Minister K.N. Balagopal will present the budget on 11th March.
