Bihar records 47 fresh Covid-19 cases in last 24 hrs

In Bihar all parks and zoo in the state will remain closed from December 31 to January 2 in the wake of rise in covid cases. This decision was taken at crisis management group.
The state government has asked organisers of social, political, cultural, educational entertainment, sports and religious events to ensure adherence of covid appropriate behaviour.
Meanwhile, the number of daily Covid cases continues to increase with 47 more people testing positive for the virus in the last 24 hours. The number of active covid cases in the state increased to 155.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said that the third wave of Covid pandemic has already started in the state and all necessary arrangements are being made to save people from it.
