The monsoon session of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly will begin from today. This session will have four sittings and conclude on 21st July. The state government will present some amendment bills and supplementary budget.
The four-day session is expected to be stormy with the opposition parties likely to bring no confidence motion against the state government. As assembly elections are due this year in Chhattisgarh, this may be the last session of the present assembly.
