Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated President-elect of South Korea Yoon Suk-yeol on his victory in the Presidential elections. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, he is looking forward to work with him to further expand and strengthen the India-Republic of Korea Special Strategic Partnership.
