Five crew members including some foreigners were rescued from a displaced Yacht carrying Switzerland flag near Mandva in Alibag of Maharashtra. The rescue operation was carried out by Coast Guard and helicopters in the wee hours today. The name of the Yacht was Poornima and the reason for its displacement is not known yet. The crew has been shifted safely to a nearby hospital. In a similar incident, two men were drowned in Mahim creek last night. One male body was found floating near Bandra reclamation which was removed and handed over to local police. While another person accompanying him feared dead.
