Maharashtra reported 44 thousand 388 new cases yesterday and tally of active cases has crossed 2 lakh mark. The state has now 2 lakh two thousand 259 active cases. 15 thousand 351 patients recovered yesterday. 12 deaths were reported in the state. 207 new Omicron cases were reported across the state taking the tally of total Omicron cases till date to 1216. 454 patients have recovered from the infection. Meanwhile Mumbai has the highest number of one lakh 17 thousand 437 active covid cases in the state. The city reported 19 thousand 474 new cases yesterday.
