Russia has reopened air travel with 53 countries

MOSCOW, September 14. Russia is resuming flights with Spain, Iraq, Kenya and Slovakia on September 21, the Russian government reported via its official Telegram channel, citing the national crisis center.

“Russia is resuming air travel with Spain, Iraq, Kenya and Slovakia starting from September 21,” the statement reads.

Moreover, flights to Egypt and Turkey from Pskov, Magadan, Murmansk and Chita will be resumed as well on September 21, the cabinet stressed.

There will be two flights a week from Moscow to Baghdad, while four flights a week will travel to Madrid and Barcelona from Moscow and two more a week to Malaga and Alicante. There are two weekly flights scheduled to Kenya, while four flights a week will fly from Moscow to Bratislava and two flights a week will travel from St. Petersburg to Bratislava.

As of today, Russia has reopened air travel with 53 countries.
