In Assam, the 100th cabinet meeting of the Himanta Biswa Sarma government is to be held this week in Guwahati. Ahead of the landmark cabinet meeting, official sources said, the Assam government has implemented over 80 per cent of total decisions taken by the state cabinet so far. The cabinet has taken 779 decisions in 36 government departments and out of which, 625 decisions have been implemented so far.
Remaining 154 cabinet decisions are also being implemented by the Assam government. The Chief Minister said that the upcoming 100th cabinet meeting would be a landmark for Assam’s development journey.
