In Cricket, India will lock horns with Bangladesh in the semifinals of the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup at Sharjah today. The match will begin at 11:00 am Indian Time.
Pakistan will take on Sri Lanka in the other semi-final in Dubai today. This match will also start at 11:00 am Indian Time.
India were at the second spot in Group A standings with two wins and a loss. The Yash Dhull-led side started their campaign with a resounding 154-run victory over the hosts UAE. However, they lost to Pakistan by two wickets and found themselves in danger of getting knocked out. But, India comprehensively defeated Afghanistan by four wickets on Monday and progressed to the semi-finals. Pakistan topped Group A after winning all their matches.
Bangladesh Under-19 was placed at the top of the Group B points table after winning all their league matches so far. Sri Lanka Under-19 finished at second spot in Group B.
