* 3-4 eggs
* 4-5 green chillies
* 500 grams wheat flour
* Finely chopped coriander
* Oil
* 1 onion finely chopped
* Salt to taste

The right way to make Egg Paratha
– To make egg paratha first take wheat flour in a bowl or paratha.
– Mix it with salt and oil and knead it into a good dough.
– Now beat 3-4 eggs in another bowl. Add finely chopped onion, green chillies and coriander to this mixture.
– Now beat all this mixture well.
– Heat a pan on the gas on one side. Make small balls of the kneaded dough until the pan is hot.
– After that, roll these into balls. Now lightly fry these rolled chapatis on a pan with oil on both sides.
– Then, spread the egg mixture gently on one side of this chapati.
