Union Home Minister Amit Shah virtually inaugurated various developmental projects worth over 154 crore rupees of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority (AUDA) today.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Shah said the union government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is working on enhancing the ease of living for the citizens. He said, the government is stressing on infrastructure development and creating people-centric facilities in order to give a better future to the country.
Mr Shah also said the government is also setting up smart schools as envisaged in National Education Policy in order to make our children ready for future challenges.
A flyover bridge at Sanathal, five smart schools, and senior citizens’ parks are among the developmental projects inaugurated today in the Gandhinagar Loksabha Constituency.
The draw of 468 houses built by Bawala Municipality under PMAY was also done at the hands of Mr Shah.
Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel said when the country is moving towards Amrit Kal, the government is focusing on bringing each and everyone in the mainstream of development.
