More than 186 crore 72 lakh COVID vaccine doses have been administered in the country so far under Nationwide Vaccination Drive. Health Ministry said, more than 16 lakh 89 thousand doses were administered in the last 24 hours. During the same period, a total of one thousand 247 new cases were reported in the country.
India’s Active caseload currently stands at 11 thousand 860 and the active cases stand at 0.03 percent. The recovery rate is currently at 98.76 percent. A total of 928 people have recovered in the last 24 hours and total recoveries touched over four crore 25 lakh and 11 thousand.
The Ministry said the Weekly positivity rate stands at 0.34 percent and the Daily positivity rate is at 0.31 percent. A total of 83 crore 25 lakh COVID tests have been conducted in the country so far. In the last 24 hours, more than four lakh tests were conducted.
