Lehsuni Palak Recipe

Lehsuni Palak is infused with the flavours of garlic, making it a delicious choice for lunch or dinner. Garnish with tadka and savour the delightful taste!
Ingredients of Lehsuni Palak
1 large bowl of spinach, blanched and chopped
1 tbsp ghee1/4 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp chopped garlic
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp chopped green chilli
2 whole dry red chillies
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp chilli powder
Salt, to tasteTadka,
for garnish
1 tbsp pure ghee
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp sliced garlic
1 whole dry red chilli
Sliced tomato

METHOD:
1.Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chopped garlic, and whole dry red chilli. Fry for a few seconds, then add chopped onion. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
2.Add chopped green chilli, turmeric, and red chilli powder. Sauté for a few seconds, then add chopped spinach and salt to taste. Continue to sauté for a few minutes, and dish out into a serving dish.
3.Meanwhile, prepare the tadka with pure ghee, cumin seeds, sliced onion, and whole dry red chilli. Fry for a few seconds until the garlic is golden brown.
4.Garnish with the prepared tadka and sliced tomatoes.
