Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal has said there has been no discrimination in the allocation of budgets to any state by the Centre in the last ten years. Talking to reporters outside parliament, Mr. Meghwal alleged that the opposition leaders have developed a habit of alleging that they are not getting proper allocation of budget.
Mr. Meghwal was referring to Karnataka Congress protest in the national capital over the alleged injustice to the state in tax devolution and grants-in-aid by the centre.
