NOTAM issued in Ukraine; The plane carrying the Indians returned halfway through

The flight to Ukraine started from Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi around 7.30 am. Meanwhile, a Ukraine International Airlines flight from Kiev landed at Delhi Airport at 7.45 am.
