Saudia Arabia, 17 May. Indian are not allowed to enter Kingdom according to the list issued by the Saudi. Saudi Arabia lifted the ban on air, sea and land travel in and out of the kingdom on Monday. From 1am local time on May 17, vaccinated Saudi Arabian citizens were able to leave the country for the first time in 14 months. To qualify as vaccinated, they must have received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine, or one dose more than 14 days before travelling, according to guidelines posted by Saudia airline. Citizens who have recovered from coronavirus within six months and those under 18 can also leave the country, although minors must provide proof of an insurance policy approved by the Saudi Central Bank to cover treatment abroad, Saudia said.
The kingdom remains closed to tourist visas.
Anyone on a non-tourist visa wishing to travel to the kingdom must provide proof of vaccination and “complete a period of (seven days) of institutional quarantine at their own expense”, according to the airline. They must then take a PCR test on the seventh day before being able to leave quarantine.
Saudi Arabian citizens, their families and accompanying domestic workers are able to isolate themelves at home if unvaccinated, and don’t need to quarantine at all if they were vaccinated more than 14 days before arrival.
Non-Saudis are also unable to enter the kingdom if they have been in any of the following countries in the 14 days before their arrival:

Domestic workers accompanying Saudi Arabian families, as well as diplomats, health practitioners, and their families are exempt but must quarantine for 14 days on arrival.
The King Fahd Causeway linking Bahrain and Saudi Arabia is also due to reopen on the same day.
Saudi Arabian travellers will need to show authorities an “immune” or “recovered” status on the Saudi Tawakkalna app, the King Fahd Causeway Authority said.
Non-Saudis travelling from Bahrain must show the negative result of a PCR test taken within the previous 72 hours or a GCC-approved application proving they have been vaccinated.
The ban on international flights, with some exceptions, had been in place since March 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
